We offer telephone consultation to veterinarians and clients who seek information on nutritional medicine.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 4:30, and Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m., by appointment only. We help out-of-town guests find local overnight accommodations for them and their companion animals. New consults are normally scheduled for one hour (feline) to one and a half hours (canine).

For telephone consultations we ask that the caller send or fax copies of previous medical records, test results, or radiographs. These get reviewed prior to the consult to help us better understand your pet and their medical condition.

Plan at least a half-hour of your time for a phone consult. Some of the cases are very complex and it may take longer to go over the case. We strive to improve the client's understanding about the nature and cause of disease, and how they might help their pet through home care.
