Stay tuned! The purpose of this web site is to educate clients and veterinarians about the nature and cause of disease through case studies from our small animal practice. What worked...and what didn't. See: how we treat ear infections (and learn how to restore health in your cat or dog!) This 5-year old spayed female cat was adopted as a stray. She was admitted for radiographs. We were forewarned that she gets irritable during exams!
|
She was sedated but we felt she was more stressed than a normal cat. She vocalized and looked a little frantic upon recovery. |

Bach Flower Rescue Remedy works. We love the gentle but effective way it reduces anxiety in some cats recovering from short-term injectable anesthesia. We occasionally see cats who are having a rough recovery from injectable dissociative agents such as Ketamine. Rescue Remedy calms them down with no adverse effects.
